I bought this cookware for my wife, who is also a chef. I was impressed with the weight and thickness of the copper and I am familiar with the heritage of this product. When the package arrived in a large box with several smaller boxes, we unpacked it. Two saucepans were missing from the set. I called the company and they immediately sent the two pans (and lids). There were no questions, no doubts, no burden of proof. That is the level of support I would expect when buying a higher end item like this. It renews my faith in that some companies still know how to conduct good business.

Heavy duty construction. Will be used for generations. Weight of items litte heavier than anticipated.

Great set of pots and pans. When I ordered the set I was missing 2 pots but Customer Service was very helpful in sending them out to me. They even rushed the delivery.
