The microgreens have a strong and the deep purple is a little shocking at first because it is so deep. Make a beautiful addition to salad mixes. Bought it for the price and color, not disappointed. Impressed by quality seed excellent germination level and even growth. Might be the easiest microgreens to grow. They do smell like cabbage so if your growing inside your house, be aware.

The photo shows my first batch of microgreens grown in organic soil. I am very pleased with the results, quality & taste. There was a very high germination rate & they were so easy to grow! Great color & the taste was amazing. I use these in omelets, soup, on sandwiches etc. Would definitely purchase again!

The sprouts grew to full size in 3.5 days. They kept in the refrigerator about a week after without getting soggy.They were not bitter like I expected. I used 1 tbsp of the seeds and the sprouts filled most of my 1 quart jar.

These sprouts are a beautiful purple, and delicious. I usually use two tablespoons of small seeds to fill a quart jar. I need to use a little less with these because otherwise there are too many! Will definitely be buying again 💜
