Each month during my cycle, I have one difficult but manageable day. The others are normal. After the 2-3 month stint, I did pull back on dosage, taking 2 capsules twice a day. I just had a follow up ultrasound. The fibroids are "stable," meaning they have not gotten larger. My Dr. said they measured a few cm less. When I asked her if they shrunk, she didn't want to commit to saying that because of how imaging is done. However, I did also have a cyst with the first ultrasound 8 months ago before starting this supplement. With the second ultrasound, the cyst was completly gone and my ovaries looked excellent. I do feel like FibroBlend cleared that issue up. It's Oct 2025, and I'm now going to go back to 3 capsules 3 times daily with the hopes that they are perhaps shrinking the fibroids. I will have another ultrasound in about a year. I will update here again in the hopes of helping/reporting results.
