Good supplement
*LARGE PILLS*These are so big but are so worth it I get nervous swallowing it but they work well. Would buy again maybe with a pill cutter.

Helps me get better sleep
This is the only magnesium glycinate I’ve tried that actually helped me rest better at night. I take it with a meal to mitigate stomach discomfort. I have taken several brands without success and so I am happy to have found this. I will say that the pills are large. If you have trouble swallowing that’s something to consider (use a pill cutter). It doesn’t bother me.I will definitely stick to this brand.

Large, may be hard for some to swallow
Everything was perfectly fine with the product, it’s just too large for me, i have to break it in half. So, if you have swallowing issues take that into consideration.

Excellent
This magnesium supplement has been excellent! The chelated form is easy to absorb, and I’ve noticed a real difference in my sleep quality and muscle relaxation since I started taking it. The tablets are a good size, easy to swallow, and gentle on the stomach with no side effects. I also appreciate the clean labeling and transparency from Amazon Elements — it feels like a trustworthy product. Great quality at a fair price!

5 Stars Outstanding Value - Rivals Premium Brands at Half the Price
After testing numerous magnesium supplements over the past two years, I can confidently say this Amazon Elements formula performs just as well as brands costing 2-3x more. The magnesium glycinate chelate form is the gold standard for absorption and gentleness, and this delivers exactly what you'd expect. Why This Form Matters:Unlike cheaper magnesium oxide (which causes digestive upset and poor absorption), the glycinate chelate binds magnesium to amino acids. This dramatically improves bioavailability while being gentle on the stomach. I've taken this on an empty stomach without any issues.Value Analysis:240 tablets = 120 servings (2 tablets per serving)270mg elemental magnesium per serving (about 65% daily value)Cost per serving: Roughly 1/3 the price of comparable Thorne or Life Extension productsThird-party tested with results available on Amazon's transparency pageReal-World Performance:I've been using this for 4 months, taking 2 tablets before bed. Notable improvements include:Better sleep quality and fewer middle-of-night wake-upsReduced muscle tension after workoutsLess leg cramping (was a recurring issue)More consistent energy levels (magnesium supports 300+ enzymatic reactions)Quality Observations:Tablets are medium-sized, easy to swallowNo chalky aftertaste or digestive discomfortConsistent results batch-to-batchClean label - no unnecessary fillers or artificial ingredientsVegan certification is legitimateComparison Notes:I previously used Doctor's Best and NOW Foods magnesium glycinate. This Amazon Elements version produces identical subjective effects at significantly lower cost. The tablet size is actually more convenient than some capsule alternatives.Minor Considerations:Takes 2-4 weeks to notice full benefits as you replenish storesTwo tablets daily might be inconvenient for some (I prefer splitting morning/evening)Bottle could use better moisture protection in humid climatesBottom Line:This is proof that Amazon's private label supplements can compete with premium brands. The magnesium glycinate chelate form, third-party testing, and exceptional value make this my go-to recommendation. I've already reordered and will continue using this as my primary magnesium source. As always, consult your healthcare provider before starting new supplements, especially if you take medications that interact with magnesium.

Very large pills, hard to swallow
These pills are massive. My wife is taking extra magnesium while pregnant and we switched from Nature Made capsules to these pills to try to get the dose her doctor recommended with less pills but these are too difficult to swallow — we’re switching back to the capsules.

Best deal on chelated magnesium from a trusted company
Great price on these. The bottle isn’t as fancy as the brown glass on the Blue Bonnets I used to take but these work just as well as they did for a fraction of the price.

Best tolerated magnesium I've tried
So PCP are worthless anymore and overpaid. I have been complaining for a long time that I don't absorb potassium well and have a lot of issues with that and think I need magnesium and not one of them suggested chelated magnesium glycinate to me. Most insurances only cover citrate or oxide, so PCPs only seen to know what pharma meds to push on us... I brought up to my PCP that I didn't tolerate oxide well. Her suggestion was to take it at bedtime! Which then has me running to the bathroom at 2:30 am. And when you wear a CPAP mask also, that becomes really upsetting. Plus how can I absorb potassium better if I'm constantly depleted of it from IBS?I then found out from a Facebook Reel about the other forms of magnesium that my PCP didn't tell me to try. She just gave up and didn't care. Did her bare minimum. I tried out magnesium l-threonate and it did great, but if I missed a day I had bad withdrawal symptoms. Come to find out that the dose was way too high. So I had to withdrawal from it and stop taking because most of the L-threonate comes in doses higher than what you're supposed to have daily.Point being I finally got to trying out magnesium glycinate. I tried regular ones first and I was still getting muscle cramps in my feet and my blood pressure wasn't regulating well. Once I switched to this chelated type my BP has been getting lower and lower along with taking a daily potassium supplement that has a little extra magnesium oxide in it as well. I might be able to eventually get off BP meds with eating low histamine and taking the magnesium and potassium daily. Sad thing is PCPs won't tell you about this. They only know how to push the money makers for them onto you that have bad side effects. Especially when used long term. These are a bit bigger than I'm used to, but I seen to swallow them fine in the morning. I even use a CPAP machine at night so have dry mouth in the am when I take my meds and I'm fine. But you could always use a pill cutter to cut into halves to help.
