Great product if using a patty maker. The square one, doesn’t work good when using round patty maker. Will order another pack when I’m almost out.

It's hard to get excited about parchment paper, but these are the real deal. I used them for my burger press, and they streamlined the prep and cooking process. The paper keeps the press cleaner and the process neater. One hidden advantage was that my dinner guests commented about how appetizing the burgers looked while waiting for the grill when they were all papered and stacked. So, I don't use these for hamburgers, i use them as a top liner for my home-made ice cream to prevent freezer burn. They work great for this purpose. They keep the air off the ice cream and they are dead easy to remove.

Perfect size. Great for separating anything you want to freeze.
