FitsT4 Sports Half Mitts MMA UFC Training Boxing Punch Bag Martial Arts Gloves

I am very much a beginner in the world of martial arts and started hitting my friends heavy bag in a communal garage. I loved the exercise and the stress relief so I invested in my own heavy bag. I was using garden gloves to hit the bag and at first I was even using bare hands. I skinned my knuckles pretty good with bare hands so I had to take about a month off before I could hit again. Even though the wound was healed and I was using garden gloves it still hurt on the spot I skinned my knuckle. I was looking for a glove that provided just a bit of padding that would protect my knuckles from being skinned and the impact of the punch. I got these FitsT4 just tonight and I just used them for the first time. They are perfect. I can hit the bag full force with no problem. What I like is that they are not cumbersome like boxing gloves. I suppose this is just personal preference. They are great looking, fit well, and are really fun to use. My palm measured just around 3.75" which put me smack in between a L and XL (5'9" male 160 lbs). After looking through the reviews people said to size up and so I went with the XL. They fit well enough to where I wouldn't consider returning them for a large. With that said I would imagine that the large would have fit also and maybe a bit better in the long run as I'd "stretch" into the large with prolonged usage. Overall I'm super happy. These are perfect for hitting the heavy bag. Last note - there is a cylindrical roll in the palm of the mitt in order to promote squeeze strength while making a fist. For hitting the heavy bag I like this feature. For MMA or grappling I'm not sure how good that feature would be.

I've bought several pairs of bag gloves and I like these the best. Nice solid fit plus the Velcro wrap give you nice wrist support, especially when working the heavy bag.

I bought these for my daughter. She uses them fir virtual reality boxing. I asked her, "So, how do the gloves work?" She punched me. (just kidding) She says they fit great, they are light, and comfortable. SUCCESS!

They are very comfortable and stylish. The padding is durable and protects to hands superior. Even hit my heavy aqua bag is a piece of cake. The wrist band works perfectly and is sturdy

Got these last week. Used em twice. First use resulted in a painful chunk of my knuckles coming off. The second tine i used em I made sure I had both gloves on correctly and securely. The same cut on the index finger of my left hand got bigger. Would not recommend for larger hands. Smh

My son loves them for sparing and hitting the speed bag, they seem pretty durable

they fit quite nicely on a med/lrg hand. good padding, nice foam "rod" in the fist for stability. the outer material feels a bit cheap but so far is holding up well. Should last some years of casual training
