Review: 初版の日本語訳を読みました。desertcartのサイトで本書を見て、安売りしていたので思わず購入。初版とは事例が変わっていて、かなり書き直されているので別の本みたいでした。CBTも進歩してより洗練されていっているということなんでしょうね。本書の日本語訳が出ても、初版も読んだほうがCBTの進歩がわかっていいと思います。 その後更に値下がりしていましたが、満足度が高かったので損した気分にはなっていません。
Review: I LOVE this book. It was required reading for my CBT course in grad school. Dr. Beck breaks down CBT in a way that understandable and down to earth. I love the transcript inserts in each construct, they provide some extra clarity as to how the flow of the information should be included in practice. I will be keeping this book throughout my professional career!

初版の日本語訳を読みました。Amazonのサイトで本書を見て、安売りしていたので思わず購入。初版とは事例が変わっていて、かなり書き直されているので別の本みたいでした。CBTも進歩してより洗練されていっているということなんでしょうね。本書の日本語訳が出ても、初版も読んだほうがCBTの進歩がわかっていいと思います。 その後更に値下がりしていましたが、満足度が高かったので損した気分にはなっていません。
