Big Turk (Turkish Delight) -10 Bars

I missed these yummy treats from Canada. I’m so glad they were available on Amazon. They tasted great. No quality issues at all. Thanks for selling these here!

I loved this product it was fresh and delicious.

The Big Turk candy bar is delicious turkish delight covered in chocolate. The bars were fresh with the experation datye still almost a year out. The package was shipped fast and arrived safely in one piece. None of the 10 bars were broken. Great job packing them.

Okay, it's pathetic, but I dream of the candies I loved when I was a child. It's the emotions the smells and tastes they evoke, I'm sure, but when I learned that I could acquire BIG TURK in the U.S. I was so happy. It's a candy known only to the "colonies". Turkish delight can be gotten in several stores owned and operated by people from other countries and the pure form of Turkish delight is traditional for some but there's something truly great about the modified version that we used to eat in Canada. And now, I can eat them everyday. I have to stop myself. I'm forever grateful that I have a box of those famous jellied bars, shaped into bite sizes, and covered with chocolate that mixes so well with the jelly flavor that you are inclined to chew rather than allow the chocolate to melt in your mouth. They are good but they may be an acquired taste because when a friend asked "what do they taste like?" I said "um...a little like perfume ...but good!" But beware, they are addictive once you cross the line of taste reason you are forever inducted.

I ordered these without trying them because a canadian friend of mine loved them. And I have to agree, they are very good. Thin layer of chocolate on the outside, then solid turkish delight. Turkish delight is a jelly like raspberry flavoured filling. Its not like jelly from a preserves jar, or jelly like a gummy bear. Its more or less in the middle, but better somehow...

One of my favorite chocolate bars,not overly sweet and the filling is raspberry gelatin flavored not roseas with traditional turkish delight.If the bars get warm it's a good idea to flip them over when you take themout of their wrappers as mine had a small amount of blue dye transfer.I simply scrapped it off and they weregood to go.

This is my favorite candy bar and I’m excited to be able to get it outside Canada!!!

These were wrapped so tightly that the bars were smashed and misshaped. Very disappointed especially since I cannot return these. A WASTE of my money!

It’s a nicely flavoured chocolate bar that is pleasantly different than most others: a real treat!
