This light has made my plants extremely happy so that they grow excellent. My seeds that I am growing also do excellent with this light. AND, the best part, I don't even hard notice a difference in my electric bill - and I run this light 24/7!!!!!

Very bright, looks great but ive only been using it for about a day and i noticed its like flickering. Maybe thats normal but its a little disappointing.

Measured only 45 PAR at 14 inches using a professional meter. For real plant growth, especially herbs, you need at least 200 PAR. These lights are completely useless for growing and absolutely do not perform as advertised. Claim "and vegetative stages" is flat out false. Light levels measure way too low at 45 µmol/m²/s which is for vegetative growth. Avoid these and buy real Lights.
