The kind of bacteria that is in this product are resilient against temperatures. If you think about it, just think how warm the human body is and how warm a animal is, roughly between 98.6 °F and 101.5° F, plus the bacteria that is in the powder form has not been be constituted yet, and even though they are alive it is not the same as if they were already reconstituted in a gel mixture. These are the same bacteria that are naturally found in the intestines under extreme warm and \"bad\" conditions, and also in yogurt products that are kept in the refrigerator at 34°F.
