got this for my husbands birthday to replace his old busted one that’s way worn out and it’s a hit! he LOVES this chair. we got the faux leather, it’s smooth and easy on skin (sits in it shirtless sometimes.) not like peeling yourself off of the seats in the car in summer. took less than 10 min to put together & was very easy. its definitely worth the price and it is so plush and comfortable. all the mechanisms work perfectly! way better than expected! we shopped around at local furniture stores and none of them were this cozy. on top of great quality - customer service was really great and gave me a very fast, helpful response! as i read in other reviews, it did arrive in 2 separate boxes, one on the 5th and one on the 6th which was no problem since i took that into consideration when placing the order - these dates were still early. the first one arrived and i was looking around the emails and on amazon for the tracking # for the second box so we could be around for delivery but couldn’t find it since it was just marked as delivered on my end - so i reached out and was given one within 2 hours of reaching out! def consider it as an option when shopping around

Do not hesitate. This is a VERY durable and well made chair. I was really surprised at the quality for such an incredible price. The motor is quiet and smooth. The chair is super supportive. I purchased for my mom who is 230 lbs and has lost some mobility at the nursing facility. The medium fits her perfectly and comfortably. I can also recline and take a nap and just relax while I’m visiting her. Trust me, you can’t go wrong with this one. Oh it’s super easy to set up. Arrives in two easy to manage boxes with simple instructions. Again, I don’t leave many reviews but i was intentional about leaving this one. Good companies deserve positive feedback. INCREDIBLE VALUE!

I bought this chair for my sister who had just moved into a house and she needed a recliner. I would say that. I purchased this chair also for myself however I’ve had my chair about three years and in that three years the leather on the chair started to flake off. It is not covered by the insurance so I’m gonna see how her chair works for her over a period of 2 to 3 years.

From 5 star to 2 star back to 4.5 star. ((UPDATE: I was going to return it but I figured I’d give trouble shooting one more go. Had to rip open the back of chair, but it was under a Velcro flap so nothing noticeable cosmetically. Unplugged and replugged in all the cords and we are back! For the price, ngl, this thing is pretty legit. Especially since the return was already accepted and simple troubleshooting fixed it)) Massage stopped working in less than a month. Very disappointing. Would have given a better rating if it worked but this is poorly designed if it fails in a few weeks. The recliner works still but I didn’t pay for a half working chair.
