I just had maybe the best workout of my life. About two weeks ago, I found out who Ronnie Coleman was. So I searched for the pre workout he used in his videos. Well his own brand came up as well. I tried his instead. Long story short, I was throwing the gym around!!! On a bad day I'm a 300 lb-er, so I take three scoops. I have been using C4 for about two years, and Amino Energy before that. They don't remotely compare!!!

the lemonade pre workout is best flavorof all preworkouts ive had and i have had alot of different ones. trust me on this. also those who are looking at amino tone the amino tone lemonade is nothing like the lemonade pre workout btw. it tastes like parafin wax. i can make video of me dumping it all in trash for proof if u want. lemme know. edit.. cant make video i threw the stuff out my wife said i couldnt keep on counter in kitchen where she preps food for family. so maybe nextime she will let me finish my review

The product is blended so fine, I needed to wear a mask to avoid inhaling the fine dust. Just opening the container was enough to make me choke. The product gave no better results than the Gaspari product I was using which was cheaper and easier to handle. On top of all that, I was having bouts of dry skin almost like excema. I thing Ronnie is a great bodybuilder, but I will never use this product again.

I have never taken a pre workout before but started lifting at 5 a.m. and was dragging through half of it. Asked my sister lifters to recommend a fix and this was one of the top choices. I agree with their recommendation. Quick burst of energy for me to get started is all I needed. Literally dancing around between sets (in my garage, not in a gym). I do feel it diminishes quickly for me BUT I have both a high pain threshold and a high medication threshold (meaning, meds that may knock one person on their behind takes twice as much for me to even feel a slight effect). I don't know if the same high tolerance levels equate to not getting the same boost from pre workout or not but maybe it'll help others through the whole workout. I plan to cycle through different brands and formulas so as to not become too accustomed and adjusted to where I don't feel effects anymore. This one will definitely stay in the rotation

I tried the cotton candy flavor today (this is my 1st ronnie coleman product that I've used). It got my through my workout just fine with the lack of sleep I had last night. There isn't a lot of caffeine which I appreciate and I enjoyed my workout. This is the 2nd product (pre workout wise that I've bought online I usually get my stuff in GNC but I decided to try this 1). There wasn't any crazy chemicals in this one that made me violently ill like sidewalk kraka did when I bought that. In fact that I had to throw out because I got dizzy, couldn't get up off the floor and repeatedly threw up. Pre XS works just like the usual products I get at a lower price (I usually pay around $30 or so) and thanks to prime I didn't pay for shipping. Now why the 4 stars. Maybe it's me and I forgot how cotton candy tastes since I haven't had actual cotton candy since 2002, but the flavor seemed a tad bit off, however this isn't a pre workout that will wind up in my trash can like the aforementioned pre workout did. Would I buy again? After I finish this 1 and try the cherry limeade one that I also purchased, as of right now considering I've had no harmful side effects? Absolutely.

I rarely write reviews that's not my thing, but I had to for this product. One of the best pre workouts I've ever purchased! Give me the right amount of energy and focus to run through my workout and gives me a serious pump. I will continue to purchase these products.

I would compare this product to the GNC Lit line, but at a more affordable price point. The flavor profile is delicious (cherry limeade), it almost makes you want to drink it as a juice and forgo the workout. I usually drink it 15 mins before I hit the gym. By the time I arrive I’m energized and ready to complete my 2.5 hr workout consisting of 45 mins of cardio, followed by heavy lifting, and ending with a round in the steam room. I will definitely be purchasing this product again.

I personally don't think that one scoop is enough, I generally add about a scoop and a half (appx. 300 mg of caffeine) to around 12 oz of water. I don't like that bits of the product settle at the bottom no matter how long you mix it up, but it isn't enough to stop me from buying it again. I got Tropical Punch, and while the after taste is pleasant, the initial taste is VERY strong, even with the full 8 oz of water recommended. I didn't notice any jitters or itching, and I was able to go longer during my workout.I would like to add a small warning to this: DO NOT take more than a scoop full if you have never taken preworkout before. This is a good beginners pre-workout, but if you don't know how 200 mg of caffeine (equivalent to 2 red bulls or 5 cups of coffee) is going to affect you, start with a half a scoop and 4-8 oz of water.

Product arrived hard as a rock. Completely sealed so I'm not sure what's gone wrong but even after shaking the container it just broke into slightly larger rocks.I now have the pleasure of going out of my way to get a refund because of the garbage quality of this product.
