I no longer eat ANYTHING pork, since God's message to me ABOUT unclean meats. Leviticus 11:1-47**** Love this Beef Salami and it's great for pizza's, crackers, eating plain, with cheese, and it has a VERY SATISFYING TASTE, and FLAVOR. The Quality is GREAT!! I always keep it on hand and available for that; GOT TO HAVE IT SNACK!! 😋😋

My family LOVES these and they don’t cause her to have stomach issues due to their high quality, minimal ingredients!These are hands down the BEST dried meat product we’ve ever had— including jerky, salami, red meat or poultry… just overall hand down the BEST.

These turkey salami slices have great full flavor and are surprisingly not very greasy. They were a hit on our charcuterie tray. The packs arrived well in date, with a full 6 months to their expiration.

Absolutely amazing salami; would recommend to anyone who doesn’t eat beef/pork. I haven’t eaten either meat in years and had given up on salami until finding this. I ate far too much of the first package when it arrived - trying to pace myself with the other two. Will definitely be reordering before I run out.

This is the 1st salami I've been able to safely eat since being diagnosed with Alpha-gal in April 2017. And it's delicious !! We'll definitely be buying it again!

Not excessively salty (some saltiness has to be there, to preserve the product!) No nitrites apparently. A treat for people who prefer beef or turkey to the ubiquitous pork products. A worthy protein snack, nourishing and proteinic with few calories. As processed meats go, this is as close to healthy as it is possible.Nicely and safely packaged, cut in sensible portions to be enjoyed properly, quickly shipped.I will order this again. I like dry salami, but my spouse won't eat red meat. This AMAZING salami is basically as good as any beef/pork salami I've ever tried. The smoke and seasoning are rich and delicious, and the texture is perfectly chewy. Given how bland and unsatisfying most turkey versions of cured meats are, this one is a shocker - turkey-based dry sausage that is as good as anything else you can find. We LOVE this stuff.

I don't eat pork or beef so have been wanting some good turkey salami for the past 20 years. Now, my search is over. The slices are light and extremely tasty. Easy to go with cheese, sandwich's, crackers, and just about any wine or beer:)
