My box is black and white **Q: Can it be used with semi permeant colour?** A: I wouldn't do it. Semi-Permanent colour is a whole different ballgame. I doubt that it would improve the color dispersal. The combo of the chemicals might be corrosive, too. This stuff is mostly ammonia.
