とても扱いやすく使用させてもらってます、留め具などもしっかりしていて壊れることはなさそうです、ですが重りを調節する際に画像にあるような破片？の様なものがたまに落ちてきますそれもアームカールなどをしている最中に手のひらなどに突き刺さったりします小さく尖っているため軍手や筋トレ専用のグローブなどを着けた方が良さそうです、刺さって血が出るほどではないですが奥深くに潜ってしまうと厄介なので気をつけた方がいいです、それ以外ではとても良い商品です届いた時に持つところがほとんどないので腰には気を付けてください。
