Amazing
Bought this to fill up with hot chocolate for a treats table and it kept the hot chocolate super hot and was like an endless supply of hot chocolate for everyone to help themselves to. Didn't think I would use it again but because It's Really easy to clean and use I have used it several times. It's also perfect for picnics etc.

Rusty spots
Bought this less than a year ago, was great, used it a lot. Cleaned it and put it away, got it out to use for a family picnic and it has rust spots on the outside.

Does its job.
The media could not be loaded. Bought this to use at weekends so i dont have to put kettle on all the time.I fill it with boiling water around 8.00am and it stays hot till around 3pm after that water is only warm.Great for if like us you have alot of hot drinks over the weekend whilst not at work.Would definitely recommend to get one especially with the electricity going up.
