It’s really good, but honestly, I would not use it on any red meat, it’s so good on chicken though. We use it on the Traeger barbecue and oh my goodness it’s amazing. Not too sweet, not too tangy or anything like that. It’s just right there in the middle perfect. I was just kind of sad. I couldn’t use it on red meat, but that’s OK because I’m using the red Traeger one for my red meat. :-)
