全粒粉なのでパンの膨らみは悪いですが美味しいです

粉製品はずっとBob's Red Millを使っています。オーガニックで、身体にもよい全粒粉。パンケーキやマフィン、我が家はお好み焼きにまで使ってます。ほんのり甘味があっておいしいです。こちらのメーカーの日本での販売のバラエティーを増やしてほしいです！

以前カナダ産の有機全粒粉強力粉を５００gづつ購入していました。価格高騰のため、こちらを試してみましたが、試してみるにはとても多い量！食感や風味はやはり、心許ないです。有機全粒粉とのことなので、パンや焼き菓子に気兼ねなく使えるのは◎です。他の粉も試してみようと思います。
