There is dedicated website with videos how to do it yourself and all tools and materials are provided in the box. The new shell itself is nice to the touch and good looking. Would recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 19 February 2026* Took me a little while to assemble it but once on it completely restored my crumbling Elite controller back to full functionality and the quality of the finish is excellent. Highly recommended. One thing to note though the video isnt super clear about how to install the trigger throw distance piece, look very closely at the back half of the controller case and you'll you need to insert it under a flap that can be hard to see with the transparent case.
