Excellent source of magnesium. I take it at bedtime to relieve leg cramps and enhance restful sleep. I researched this company thoroughly and find PURE products to be of high quality.

Deep Sleep and Vivid Dreams
I have been very pleased with Pure Encapsulations Magnesium (Citrate). While I cannot personally vouch for the metabolism benefits, I can confidently say this supplement has been a game changer for my sleep. High quality and gentle magnesium supplement
I’ve been using Pure Encapsulations Magnesium Citrate for about a month, and overall it has been really beneficial. I feel less tense in my muscles and my sleep has improved. I wake up more refreshed. The capsule is gentle on my stomach; no GI upset so far, which is a big plus. There are a few things that keep me from giving it 5 stars: the size of the capsule is a bit large, which makes it slightly hard to swallow sometimes.
