This is a review of the 7M cable. I've used the shorter cables with no issues, so I gave the 7M cable a try. I purchased two and wasn't able to get LINK with either of them, even when replacing a previously functional cable run with them. Short cables are easy. Long cables require better engineering. 10Gtek doesn't have better engineering.

Despite what the description says, these do not work with even relatively modern Cisco devices like the 3850 switches - sent the ports immediately into an Err-Disabled state.
