Luvabella Blonde Hair, Responsive Baby Doll with Real Expressions and Movement, for Ages 4 and Up

Got this on sale. We have a new baby on the way and I wanted something more interactive than a simple plastic baby doll for my 3 y/o daughter. Something I could introduce to my daughter as a *real* important thing that needs to be protected.I teach her how to hold it correctly, NEVER to put blankets or toys over its face. Teaching her that even though you cannot communicate with words, babies are still lots of fun (even when they’re fussy).It works well, I’ve learned to put the feeding spoon, bottle and paci under the dolls nose (where the sensor must be) and THEN put it in its mouth when it responds. Fits premie sized clothing. Lots of fun! Slight robotic noise but no one seems to notice or care. A

I purchased this doll for my six-year-old granddaughter. She loves it. I almost did not buy this doll because it looks scary-creepy in the box, but my granddaughter was not bothered by this. Turns out, the doll is very cute. The reason it looks scary in the box is because the doll has it's mouth open! This is not it's permanent expression! Once the batteries are installed and the doll begins responding, it's mouth closes...until a response is activated, such as laughing/eating,talking, etc. The best feature is the numerous interactions it offers for play time. I was fortunate to purchase this via an Amazon timed sale. Very expensive if not on sale! Thanks, Amazon!

I was terrified of this doll when i saw it in stores. My mom was fixated on getting it for me 3 year old and finally did it on Christmas. I'm actually kind of glad she did. My daughter loves her doll and shes pretty neat to see everything she does. She is a little heavy which is hard for my daughter to carry but she just lays her down to play. Her facial expressions and sounds are very cool.

My five-year-old wanted one of these for Christmas really badly. When it arrived and I took it out of the box I was terrified, this thing looked like exactly the type of doll who comes alive at night and murders people. I had visions of tearful screaming on Christmas morning and slept with one eye open. However, once you turn it on and the mouth closes, it’s ok. It does make weird sounds and will probably break soon, which is fine bc I’m still not convinced we’re all safe with this toy in the house. But so far, so good. Kid’s delighted and we’re all still alive. Would recommend, I guess, but the first time it makes a sound or movement without being provoked it’s going in the lake.

Luvabella is an amazing baby. We purchased for our 7 year old grand daughter. This was the only item on her Christmas list. Alexis actually started tearing up when she opened it. I enjoyed playing with her myself.

Doll is very cute however i got it for my 4 1/2 yr old and she rarely plays with it.... she plays with her other nonmoving dolls all the time...My opinion very cute but not worth the price if they wont play with it.Also the neck seem is open a little like the rubber pulls up not much but you can see were the seem is in front

This is a cute doll and does a lot, eats, drinks, talks and coos, sleeps and cries. Once you get past those things, it can’t do much else. We have this to my 4 year old daughter (got on a super deal!) for Christmas and she only played with it for a few days. She won’t play with it now.

This made a wonderful gift for my daughter. The doll is interactive and fun. It was shipped quickly, arrived on time, and undamaged. My daughter is 5 and I felt that this baby was on the larger size or medium-large. She really enjoys playing with her. I would purchase again.
