A: No, I'm sorry but "K01" is not the right kit for a TH3000. You will need a "K134" for the TH3000 pump model. Thank you.

A: Height 15/16 of an inch seat diameter 11/16 Overall diameter 1".  However if you can tell me what pump you are working on, I can tell you if it is the right Kit or not.
