Really worked for my husband who snores a lot when he sleeps on his back
I am so happy I got this for my husband. He sleeps on his back a lot and snores, so I have to constantly wake him up and tell him to sleep on his side. So, neither of us are getting a good nights sleep due to this. He says he's really lethargic every day and I know it's because he's not getting good sleep due to his snoring. He doesn't mean to sleep on his back, it's just how he moves when he's sleeping. He even says he doesn't mean to do that. It's an easy and nice design. It blows up and has 2 clips on it to clip to your shirt on the back. It's very lightweight.Last night was the first night he used it and I didn't wake up a single time to tell him to lay on his side. It was really nice to get a full nights rest.I highly recommend this for anyone who snores a lot when laying on your back. It really did make a world of difference in just a single night.

This works
Pretty simple and effective fix for snoring. Wearing a tight Tshirt is key to the success of this, but after 10 days, the report from bed mate is no snoring. If this translates to no apnea and better sleep, its worth a shot. Better than the tennis ball method which was ok, but not 100%. Decent quality and easy to adjust.

Great product for me
I didn’t think I could stand something that wrapped totally around me. Then I saw this pillow that hooks to your clothes and worked great and reasonably priced.

Comparatively comfortable, effective, but it doesn't entirely restrict rolling onto your back
I've been told I may have sleep apnea, and should wear a device to keep me from sleeping on my back. Some of the devices that are in the market truly look tortuous, but this one was appealing because it doesn't bind you with uncomfortable straps, and the hump is a cushy pillow instead of a hard bowling ball. The device blows up easily and keeps the air intact for the entire night. It securely clips onto your night clothes, and surprisingly, you can't feel the clips at all. It felt comfortable, kind of the way a body pillow might if you were sleeping next to it. The only negative is that it's easy enough to rotate yourself during the night, especially if your night shirt is a little roomy, so that there is a large enough gap between you and the hump, and you end up sleeping on your back, with the hump comfortably next to you. If you were wearing the harness type of device, it would be less comfortable, but you'd be less likely to roll out from the intended restriction of the hump. So, there were several times I started off on my side, but pretty sure I ended up on my back again. I do think there is also a training curve to using it and getting it right, so I'll keep trying and update the review as appropriate.

Beneficial to some sleepers
The night backpack is not beneficial to everyone. As a side sleeper, it was not beneficial for me. However, my daughter reported the product being beneficial to her. Perhaps, the product helps side sleepers who suffer from thoracic pain and numbness instead of those with cervical or lumbar discomfort. It is easy to clean using just plain wipes.

Super comfortable!!
I got this to help my husband stop snoring…and it actually worked! He says it’s surprisingly comfortable and helps keep him on his side throughout the night. He likes the support it gives his back, and I like the peace and quiet. Win-win.

Works well
I can feel it on my back, but it's soft and not uncomfortable . So I happily wear it every night, and can't roll onto my back.

Works well to keep you on your side!
I have apnea, and while I’m supposed to use a CPAP machine (I have one at home), I am simply not able to use it on account of a deviated septum. The alternative, as I found out, is to stay on my side. In the past, this wasn’t a big issue for me as I could easily sleep through the night, seemingly without moving. As I grew older, and a bit larger in the waist, I found myself sometimes wake up, laying on my back. Sometimes I even woke up gasping for air as the apnea kicked in. I would then use something, a tennisball, a towel, or something else, to keep me on my side. After a few nights of training, I would then sleep through the night again for some time. This has been going on for a while, but some of the things could be painful (like the tennisball) if you did roll over and slept on the device for some time. That’s until I got to this inflatable pillow-like device. It is quite large, but not too large that you cannot use it in bed. I’d say it is just right as it does protect me from rolling over (though, it is more difficult to move from one side to the other lol) and very soft, so even if you roll against it, it doesn’t hurt as much as a tennisball would. Thankfully, I only need a device like this every now and then, until I am “trained” again to sleep through the night without rolling on my back and waking up with a shortness of breath. While I absolutely don’t like the apnea, I’m very thankful for devices like this inflatable pillow to keep me on my side, and be able to sleep well.
