Worth the Money
I've been using this now anywhere from three to six times a week for months and it's the best pan I own. It hasn't warped and cooks everything perfectly. Google how to cook using stainless steel and practice a bit before giving up on it. There is a learning curve if you've only ever used non-stick pans.

Excellent quality and perfect size
This is the best pan we own now. We've used All Clad brand for years, and they are very nice. But we wanted a saute pan, of a certain size. Fry pans have the sloped sides, but this has vertical sides. More cooking surface than the same size fry pan. Let's us cook things like pork chops, 4 at a time, versus only 2 in same sized fry pan. Also love love love the brushed finish, versus the polished finish of All Clad. It looks so much nicer, without having to take an extra step to wipe off water spots. Handle is more comfortable. Quality and feel are excellent. And it works perfectly with our LG induction cooktop. Highly recommend and we'll be buying other cookware from this brand in the future.

Al contrario di altre padelle con disco multistrato solo sul fondo, su questa padella gli strati coprono anche i lati. Il manico ergonomico rimane completamente freddo anche dopo lunghe cotture, mentre la maniglia aiuta a sollevare la padella. I risultati sono quelli che ci si può aspettare da un prodotto professionale: calore uniforme, risposta pressoché istantanea alle variazioni di temperatura e versatilità illimitata, visto che il prodotto può anche essere messo in forno.
