This is the best product i have found for my mother. No leaks. More expensive, yes; but worth every darn penny! As a Registered Nurse I have even recommended these to callers who also have elderly parents struggling with incontinence. I have delivered right to her care facility.

Bought these for my sweetheart who has Alzheimers. These are perfect for all night wear. He's unable to verbalize and he's had accidents. These have been proven to absorb and prevent leakage. It's important that his private is centered to prevent leakage. I'm so happy I found these as I've tried so many others. I use Depends 12 hr. Protection with the blue center for him during the day and LivDry Ultimate absorbency for him at night. Hope this Helps 🙏

I bought these for my father who needed front & back support in a pull up. He really likes these. They fit him great and I will continue to order. They are a bit more pricey but worth it - you don’t get this type of protection in a store bought product

These are absolutely the best pullups we have tried. And we have tried a half dozen brands. The size is very accurate. It still has stretch after putting on. Hold quite a bit of fluid. More than other brands we have tried. Very few times have they leaked. You can't tell they're on under clothing. After the first day of wearing one, my husband was very excited to find them. He can go longer in-between changes. Other brands, 2-3 hours. This brand he has gone all night! This has made it so much easier to travel and going out on date night without worrying.

I have tried several Other brands. This one is more absorbent than the others although I do add a pad for extra support. The one issue I seem to have is it very hard to find a proper fit the extra extra large is too big but the large is not quite big enough to pull up for a comfortable fit.
