I've used it daily for approximately a month now and have to say I'm pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoy ON's chocolate casein.First impression is that the smell is absolutely incredible, like a chocolate shake you'd remember from your childhood. The protein congeals and is very viscus, to the point where it needs additional water just for me to blend it to a regular consistency. Still, the flavor is as fantastic as the smell and the mouth-feel is rich and creamy.As far as health benefits, I do feel that this helps keep me fuller, longer. I will be repurchasing this and making it a regular addition to my subscribe and save.
