As a female, this has helped reduce & delay nighttime urination. Seems to have immediate positive effects as well - it works on the nights I take it (I wake up to go to the bathroom only one time a night and it’s later towards my normal wake up time) versus nights I don’t take it (I usually wake up to go to the bathroom twice a night and earlier). So far, the only reason for taking away one star is because the ingredients are not organic.

This is a great product for the prostate. My husband's Naturopath recommended the product. My husband is 57 and is getting up fewer times at night to go to the bathroom. It contains not only saw palmetto but also pygeum and nettle, which are also recommended for the health of the prostate.

Glad that this works for some but it ruined my libido and resulted in undesirable shrinking. Just be aware and monitor if you try this one.

Bought this product due to prostrate concerns but I've found that it really helps with my stiff joints and muscle cramps I was having due to the statins my doctor has me on. I've been taking just one each day and it really does work!
