The taste takes a week or so to get used to but the results are worth it. I have bad knees and have an animal rescue farm that requires me to walk a lot do a lot of stairs and various chores all day. I noticed a difference in my knees and hands two days into taking this juice. I even tripped over the garden hose and fell flat on my face.
