Is this Lase amp module better than the original Mackie mosfet amp module?

Being as how my original Mackie mosfet amp module cut out a lot, I would say this one is better. Plus it is an easy exchange.

can this be used with v1 speaker?

Yes, it will fit in the same panel of the original version speaker and power it up the same way BUT this amplifier SOUNDS totally different than the Mackie original. So it'll certainly be a challenge trying to match the sound of an original (it does have some onboard DSP which helps) - not saying it's better or worse only vastly different.

Will this work with 4 ohm load on low frequency ? Whats crossover value ?

This Amplifier is used ONLY on Mackies. It is designed with 8 ohm.
