HP completely missed the mark by removing this crucial feature from a long-awaited, newly innovated model—especially since previous mono headsets from them had it.Sure, they bumped talk time by a modest two hours (no exactly groundbreaking for us, the heavy talkers), but losing Caller ID announcement buries the headset’s real value and makes this feel like a step backward.I suggest waiting until HP wakes up and either fixes this or releases a product with Caller ID announcement back in place which truly serves our needs.

I’m pleasantly impressed. The sound quality when using is clear, even in noisy environments out in public, the AI noise reduction really works. It’s lightweight, fits comfortably around the ear but feels sturdy still, is stays secure all day long and is easy to use and connect.

It connects easily and reliably, with both verbal and visual confirmation when paired, and I’ve never had issues with connectivity. For the price, it’s a great value and very comparable to other Bluetooth devices. The size and fit are perfect—it sits comfortably over my ear with the mic bar extending down, and it stays put whether I’m walking, jogging, or just laughing and talking. Overall, it works very well, offers excellent clarity, and feels secure. I’d definitely recommend it and give it five stars.

It has excellent audio quality and noise cancellation, even in windy or moving environments. Connectivity is fast and stable, and the controls are intuitive. Very useful for frequent calls or working on the go.

Great over the ear headset. Easy to charge with included charging cable. Can pair with Bluetooth to a laptop or mobile device. It comes with 3 sizes of ear tips for a comfortable fit, however, I’m subtracting a star due to the ear tips were difficult for me to remove from device. Adjusting speaker volume is simple and you can mute calls easily with the mute button on the mic boom. Overall great headset.
