Actually works really well, one of the most comfortable ones I've tried and I can actually sleep with it. Very soft and helps with the neck pain pretty quickly. Lightweight and fits small to medium sized persons.

This neck brace has helped me tremendously. I had an accident a while ago and now I have neck pain and headaches all the time. I would wake up from a deep sleep with terrible migraines because my neck isn't stable throughout the night. This neck brace is comfy, adjustable, the material doesn't make me sweat and most importantly it does it's job by keeping my neck straight all night long. My headaches have reduced tremendously from using this brace. The only thing I would change is how the velcro strap in the back is positioned. But I can look past that since this brace helps me so much.

However, the level of support was somewhat lacking.Additionally, the brace's neck length feels too high for individuals with shorter necks, which can make it uncomfortable or awkward to wear. This might work for you if you’re looking for something for an average or longer neck. But for shorter necks, you might need a different option. Overall, it’s decent, but it could be improved in both support and fit.This doesn't work for me so I am returning it.

The neck brace is very comfortable. The velcro straps help adjust the brace appropriately. The curvature for the chin helps position it properly every time I wear it in a seated position, which is almost every day.

The neck brace worked great! It helped with my sore neck and helped with my posture. It has a nice texture. I will definitely recommend this to others.

NO STARS FOR PRODUCT, COMPANY & AMAZON! The first one that I received was in an unsealed package, dirty with makeup & a piece of glitter. Obviously used & returned. I returned & ordered another. The 2nd one had velcro on it that was defective & wouldn't connect so it was completely useless. I'm returning but my refund will take over a week after they receive it back to be refunded to my card, meanwhile costing me interest. Amazon is now full of garbage low quality products. BUYER BEWARE.
