This is my first time and first product to order from this brand and this first experience got really worst than ever before. I've never got any skincare product in this way in my whole life before and that too from Amazon but this time I'm really pissed off by Amazon because of how they sent me this product which is broken and spilled out in the package itself. The problem is the packaging didn't came with protective cover and product which is inside of this package got spilled out, the product's cap was fully opened and half of the product got spilled out which made me really annoyed and I had to clean the whole thing which got spilled out. I hope this mistake doesn't happens again but I really liked the inside product after applying it to my skin i felt really nice and I loved the texture this moisturizer really suits to my skin. It is hydrating and not at all greasy which made perfect for my oily skin. Overall the product is good but the packaging is worst.
