The heel cup is wonderful and helps with the pain I was having. However, the drop off is noticeable. It does not taper out nicely. If there were more of a taper, it would feel 1000% more comfortable to use. I will use this and get used to that feeling, but if you are sensitive to such things, you may not like this product. For the heel pain I was having, this product worked beautifully.

I bought this for my 12-year-old son that suffers from Achilles tendonitis. He has been using it for a couple months now. He has been complaining a lot less from his Achilles hurting after activity. I would recommend this product to anyone with that issue.

I got these a couple weeks ago and I’m not quite sure how well they are going to work out for me. I’m on my feet for 12 hours a day. I work for USPS as a letter carrier and these cushion my heels, but I still have a lot of pain in my heels in general. Work in progress, but not the relief that I need right now.
