Each year, my daughter gets the usual coughs and colds, and really really struggles shifting the cough. Aside from the usual keeping hydrated, calpol, cough medicine and propping her up, I have felt like there is little I can do to help. She's struggled through restless nights, as I have having broken sleep due to coughing episodes. I bought this after some research suggested this would help, and it's been a lifesaver. It has made a considerable difference to her ability to get better sleep, less disturbed by coughing. It's a good size, not too small, and adequately works in her rather large room. There's no jarring or disturbing light, and it also runs very quietly. It feel well made, and I have shown my daughter how to operate it herself (she's 6). I am using this with the vicks pods, which you can easily load and remove in the side. These also I would recommend. It's easy to fill, and I've not noticed any puddles of water or spillages as some report with other devices.
