It's 3 grams of NET carbs, which means that they take the total carbs (24 grams) and subtract the fiber (15 grams) and sugar alcohols (6 grams). The number you chose to track depends on your diet.

Do these bars contain almonds?

I threw the box away and the print on the individual bars is too small for me to read. There are no “obvious” almonds in these bars.

Is it normal for these to expire 6 weeks after arrival? Last three purchases have been for me.

The box I ordered in January 2023 had an expiration of August 2023. I suggest you return them unless you plan to consume them before the 6 weeks is up.
