Amazing quality !!!
Love love love this! This looks and works just as well as my best friends 1000 mask and neck extension. I’m blown away by how well made this is and how well it works. It’s so light and easy to wear. I had one of the original hard shell masks when they first came out and it was so uncomfortable and awkward to have on that I ended up using it very rarely. I’ve been using this one 3x a week and I am totally in love with it. I’ve seen improvements in my skins texture and it’s brightening it up a lot. I’m in Hawaii and always in the sun so I was hoping this could help with sun damage and just evening out the skin tone and texture and so forth. I will add to review once I’ve used longer term and update results. Trust me if you’re like me and don’t wanna spend hundreds of dollars or more on a mask, this mask will not disappoint you at all. It looks, feels and performs the same as those over priced ones. I’ve learned over the years brand names are just names. This is a quality product and I was beyond pleasantly surprised at this price point to get such a high quality item.

Horrible. Seller unresponsive to messages. Their red light masks die after the 30 day warranty.
It was great initially, but after only about six uses, it stopped working. As a birthday gift to myself, this has been very disappointing. The charging time increased with each use, and it no longer held a charge. I tried charging it for over 3.5 hours, and then for a full 24 hours, with no results. Amazon initially offered help but then refused, directing me to the seller, who has not responded to my emails or website messages. All I need is a replacement charger/battery. This is the worst seller I've dealt with. Their red light mask products fail shortly after the 30-day warranty. Amazon is aware of this and fails to assist its customers. The sellers are also unhelpful and unresponsive.

Take care of your skin.
An excellent face mask for skincare. It has worked very well for me.

Just not for me, but well made appliance.
I ordered this thinking I could easily use for sun damage but after just one use I found it cumbersome to use. I knew it would be something I’d not end up using and would be one more thing to store. If you have a lot of patience to use on a regular basis, you’d probably benefit from it. I’m sure the home version is cheaper than a spa red-light treatment. Also, I’m 68 and I’m sure it will take more than this appliance to reverse years of sun damage. Plus, it was intriguing as a prime day sale item so I figured, why not?

Please Do Not Buy: Read First & Review Update
If I could give this zero stars I would. The strap fastener is actually made of Velcro. Very cheap and underwhelming. The eye protectors leave dents on your face so you have to wait for those to go away if you plan on doing anything after masking. If you loosen the straps, too much light comes through, so, I worried that it may be harmful to my eyes. In the product photos it doesn’t really show that each section is wired to the remote. There are two ports on the remote: one going to each section. The product photos are misleading and there’s a lot going on each time you use it. This was not stress free or relaxing. Also, you can’t multitask while masking so you have to dedicate whatever amount of time you want to sitting in place. You could maybe manage moving around if you put the remote in a pocket or fanny pack, but the straps are so cheap and pathetic that all of it may fall off entirely. I returned this after just a few uses. I have a first generation DMH Aesthetics mask from three years ago that’s better than this, sadly. I’m going back to that and doing more research this time. The colorful $89 sale from $129 was very appealing but this was $40 at best, $15 being the high quality packaging. No one should even think about spending $129 on this- go get a gel mani/pedi for this price. Save your money and put it toward a mask that might be more expensive and/or have better technology and read the reviews extensively. It’s blurry, but I’ve attached a photo of the indentation from the eye protector. UPDATE I gave this mask one more try and I now have what are possibly **permanent** indentations/scars below my brow & above my eye socket where the “eye protector” sits. I’m working with my dermatologist to help minimize this damage to my face. I added as many angles as I could in these pix but the indentations are pretty long and deep. These pix were taken one month ago.

Good quality materials and very functional
I was in search of a durable red light mask for both neck and face, and I really like the coverage and the quality of the materials and hardware. It is not my first face mask and while the effect from the masks is about the same, the comfort and usability sets this one apart. It fits my face very well. Also, the ability to choose a certain color/wave length for a certain issue really hits the functionality I was looking for. It looks cool too.
