Absolutely Perfect for Pizza Crust!
I’ve been making homemade pizza for years and have tried just about every flour out there. This King Arthur 100% Organic Bread Flour is hands-down the best I’ve ever used. I made two large pizzas last weekend and the crust turned out exactly like what you’d get from a great Neapolitan-style pizzeria – crispy on the outside, chewy and airy on the inside with those beautiful big bubbles. The high protein content really shines here. The dough had incredible strength and structure, stretched beautifully without tearing, and had that perfect “windowpane” effect when I tested it. It rose like a dream during the long ferment (I did a 24-hour cold rise) and baked up golden with fantastic oven spring. The flavor is clean and slightly sweet, letting my simple sauce and fresh mozzarella really shine. I love that it’s 100% organic too – no weird additives, just pure quality flour that performs consistently every single time. My family actually said it was the best homemade pizza I’ve ever made, and that’s saying something. If you’re serious about pizza (or bread in general), do yourself a favor and grab this flour.
