I have plantar faciitis and achellies tendonitus, I work standing on concrete floors all day. By the time I get home my feet are in so much pain I can barely stand. I bought these because I wanted to try icing twice a day and my ice packs were hard to deal with. So far these are working well.I only have two complaints. #1 I ordered according to the size chart, and I should have sized up. They are a little tight. #2 there are seams the run under and on top of my foot, this leaves about a 3/4 inch gap between the ice packs. I wish they at least ran completely under my foot.When I put them on they are very cold, to the point of hurting my feet all the way to my knees. It takes about 3-5 minutes for them to warm up and stop hurting. They stay cool for 20 minutes but not truly cold after about 10 minutes.They work well enough and I will definitly continue using them, after 3 uses I can feel a difference.

I had ankle surgery and every cool pack I owned only would ice a side at a time. This fixes that issue. So much so that I have two, so that I can keep one in the freezer at all times. Only thing I would say is maybe size up. The chart had me at small/medium but that was too tight for my swollen ankle and hell to put on. As I have started rehab, this is a life savior. I wish I had it earlier
