These get hot, read the directions, it doesn’t go directly on skin, but on a layer of clothing. They stay hot for a very long time. Works well.

Love these they do stay warm for the 12 hours they say so, my daughters are very happy with this product we are on our third box!!!

Followed instructions exactly, but it doesn't work at all. Item never got warm, never changed temperature, does not do what item description says.
