This comes quite compacted, so I opened it and let it sit for a while. I've been using it all evening and I'm pleased, actually more than please with the comfort it provides.It's flexible enough to compress a bit to conform to a sitting position, yet firm enough to provide support to the back. There is a purposeful raised bump in the middle of the pillow that provides extra support for the middle of the back. The fabric cover is removable and has enough texture to keep it from sliding while in use.I've had a couple of air filled pillows in a similar shape. This beats them hands down!

I was very skeptical if this would work for my lower back problems.I have been using this when I sit in my recliner and it had made a world of difference for me. I'm getting the support I needed.It took a bit of getting use to like anything new does. Id buy another one for sure when this wears out. It's holding up well.

Bought this because of the memory foam label thinking it would adjust to my back posture. It certainly gives strong support to a lower back. So much so that I had to adjust down the lumbar support in the power seat. As for the memory foam, I’m not sure it’s in there. It seems quite resilient and firmly supportive. This may be good for you depending on your lower back. The covering is breathable fabric and doesn’t really get warm with use.On longer drives I do use it a bit lower down. I’d say it has helped increase my ability to drive a distance before stopping for back pain from about 1 hr to almost 2 hours. So, it certainly is helpful, but your mileage may vary (pun intended!).

Bought this because our reclining couch provides minimal lumbar support when reclined. Problem solved with this pillow. Not overly firm, just firm enough to provide support. So glad I bought this, as it helps reduce back pain after being on the couch for an evening.

You need one in a man's size. This is about 50% too small. It also needs some type of strap on it. It's frustrating that every time you stand up it falls over and constantly have to prop it back up before you sit down. I want something to support my back, not another thing to aggravate me. It feels good once it's in place but with the two issues above, I would not recommend it to anyone.

My husband loves this thing. He strained his back and he needed lumbar support when he sits in his easy chair. He is 6'2 200 lbs and this pillow gives him the support he needs in that area. The memory foam is the perfect amount of support, not too much not too little. If something goes wrong with this pillow I will update this review.

does what it says it will, gives a bit of lower back support in my chair. It's both soft & comfortable as well as firm enough to give support to the back & side. Color is neutral so it goes with my beige/brown chair without looking odd. Worth the price. Hope to get a lot of use with it.

For the price, I think it's a good product. Yes, there is a chemical smell, but you really have to put your nose next to it to notice, it doesn't need to air out on the porch. I bought it for travel, but it is a little big and not very travel friendly. Not sure if I will take with my on my next trip or if it will live on my office chair.
