I am worried my dog would pull at the wrap and eventually shred it. Is there anything inside it that is toxic?

I don’t think so. I thought my dog would pull it off but he doesn’t I think they are comfortable enough they don’t bother him

Can someone help with the sizing? My dog wears 13-18 inch waist with 4-25 lb. What is the equivalent?

I'm not sure if my answer will help but perhaps it will. The All-Absorb Male Dog Wraps really do work well. My Boxer weighs 75 lbs with a 25" waist and wears a Large. The 40 lb dog would probably do well with a Med. but I'm not sure. Can always return them if incorrect fit and try a different size. !!! Goo luck.

Smaller than expected

Thhis medium is quite small/short. It fits nicely around my <5kg poodle but i had meant to use this on a > than 22kg dog so had to gift it to others
