Purchased this a while ago and stupidly left it on my shelf for a while, just tried the voodoo floss out for the first time this weekend and regret not having used it earlier, I noticed an immediate improvement in the tightness of my calves which is where I was using it as I have issues stretching them, will definitely be seeing which other ‘hard to stretch’ parts of my body this works on. I’d recommend watching a few you tube videos on how to use it properly as well.

My PT recommended this product to help create more flexibility in my ankle joints. By wrapping it round my feet and ankles it creates enough resistance for me to articulate and work the joint effectively. When I remove the band there is a better and more distinct amount of freedom in the joint. Great product!

The band is extremely well made, I have been using this as a TheraBand as well and a muscle wrap and it does both jobs perfectly.I have very hairy legs and so far, it hasn't pulled out a single one!I'd recommend giving this a go over any similar product out there.

Floss wrapped around any joint and then manipulated really gets movement back into the muscles. Great for warming up or treating injuries. New videos from sports medica really help with application and overcome the issues related to applying the floss on your own.

Have only used a few times over the last few days but is a really great product. Feels good quality and I can really feel a difference after using it.

The voodoo floss is great. Quality is good and it doesn't rip hairs off when removing (I'm hairy so normally a problem). Been using before going to gym; so far no issues.

Easy to use if know what to do , great item and recovery tool

Great product, can really isolate those areas that need attention, more so than foam rollers I have used previously
