Our fridge ice machine can't always keep up with out large household and definitely can't keep up when its summer here in AZ. So this little guy is a wonderful helper. The only issue is when we put it in the freezer the cubes all stick to each other but what do you expect when they are wet?! Its not very loud; the speed we get ice is fine (plan 30 minutes to get a large batch of ice, if you are like us and move it to the freezer to use later). Its really easy to use. And its easy to empty and dry out when not in use.

Excellent countertop ice maker. It takes up very little space. It’s very easy to operate and clean. Stores easily when not in use. Sturdy and great instruction booklet. It makes Ice quickly. A must have for anyone who doesn’t have a refrigerator that makes ice.

WOW!!! So glad I purchased this. It makes a ton of ice with just one fill. So easy to use. Small ice cubes. I can’t tell between small and large. It’s not too noisy, but does make some noise when dropping the ice. Fun to watch. Functions as advertised. Great buy.

Works great. A little noisy, but the pets are getting used to it. Does not take long to give you ice. After refilling the water. You have to shut off and turn back on, then reselect ice cube size every time. But it's no problem. Just some extra button pushing. It's a small basket of ice. If you need more than 2 glasses of ice at a time? You need a larger unit.

The product worked as expected. It had a low noise level. It performed like It said. I was very pleased with it for 5 months until the water pump started making a loud screeching noise each time it turned on. It was past 30 days so Amazon would not help me. I sent emails to the indicated company on product label. I tried calling support phone number in user man that was shipped with the product and getting message immediately that they could not help me at this time no matter what time I called. I am a technician and I know all it needed was a water pump. I always kept water in the reservoir, so I know the pump never ran dry. I just needed support to send me a water pump. Praise God the Living God Who had Me go to my daughter's house for a week, Which caused me to drain the ice maker while I was gone. When I got back filled it with water And turned it on. The pump came on and has started to work normally without any noise. It is so good being a child of the King our Creator!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I've only had this one week. It works fast and makes great ice. I picked this one over the fact it has self cleaning. Never owning one before I figured I needed the self cleaner. I would recommend this ice maker. The price is amazing and it was delivered on time. Should I have any issues in the future I will address them here and change my rating.
