After a few weeks of using it regularly, I get why it has such a following. It’s easy, filling, and works well when I don’t want something sugary first thing in the morning. Straight out of the box, the biscuits are very dry and crumbly, so this definitely isn’t something you’d eat plain. That dryness is actually a strength, though — they absorb liquid extremely well. With milk, yogurt, or even warmed up with a splash of milk, they soften quickly and take on whatever flavors you add. I’ve also used them as a base for simple desserts, mixed with fruit or honey, and even crumbled them for baking experiments. Taste is great, and size of each biscuit is perfect. Good source of fiber. Texture-wise, they do break apart easily, which might surprise first-time buyers, but that’s just part of how they’re meant to work. Flavor is mild and wheaty, not sweet, which makes them easy to customize. My only real complaint is availability. They seem to go out of stock often, and I’d happily buy more if they were easier to find.
