Two years ago, out of nowhere, developed LPR (silent reflux). Would have horrendous symptoms during day or night. Was especially problematic when occurred at work. So grateful found this gum product. Truly helps. Use the berry flavor. Worth the money considering the pain and misery i was in. Better now but still keep supply always with me for outbreaks.

For a gum for reflux, it works pretty well. I tried it after meals that I usually have bad reflux with. I have esophagus issues, so I have to be careful what products I use for reflux, but the gum is easy and helps for immediate relief. Even better than Tums chewable in my opinion.

It's a B++ or maybe A-. Definitely helps with reflux, which is great. But the gum is hard and gives me a headache and jaw pain after a while. So, would be nice if it were softer.

Too hard to chew.Get the Reflux Gourmet in the tube instead works well.
