Q: Can this devise help increase brain wave speed?

Yes. The key is to know which setting to use. If you've had a brain map done and you know, specifically, which of your levels are low (beta, alpha, ...) Then it's easy to select the specific program you need. (Lightning bolt raises beta, Meditate increases alpha...)

Q: Are the tracks just sounds or are there any vocally led meditations?

Just tones no vocally led meditations. Check out Mooji guided meditations on Youtube, instead. Very powerful.

Q: Why does Amazon charge $40 dollars more than the actual website?

No idea, it is the same product.

Q: Does it comes with the clips to attach on the ears?

The DAVID Delight plus is not set up for CES, so there isn't a need for ear clips
