Q: Is this good for large pores? In need of a good cleanser which minimises blemishes and pores

Yes this product can reduce the appearance of enlarged pore thanks to the ingredient Niacinamide. It’s the single best ingredient for this issue although I don’t know the potency of it I think with regular use it will help. The ordinary also do a Niacinamide serum you could add to your routine to compliment this. The salicylic acid also helps to unclog pores which improves the appearance and texture of the skin

Q: is this product discontinued? I cant find it anywhere and I need it ! :(

Due to the pandemic, production has slowed on a lot of their products. It's not been discontinued.

Q: Hi I just received this today but the packaging is different to the usual pump?

Hi there. There has been a recent change in the pump but the product formulation is still the same. Hope this helps.

Q: What's the difference between this and the renewal cleanser? Thank you in advance.

Im not sure, I think the renewal cleanser is the same thing as this but not available in the UK. I initially searched for the renewal cleanser while buying this but found out its unavailable. As this is quite mild, it might be a little big stronger.
