I bought this umbrella for my husband for Christmas. It arrived with a broken tip on one of the metal rods, which created a huge hole in the umbrella when it was opened. I returned the umbrella through Amazon to Kohls and they shipped me a new one. The new one arrived with a broken tip in the exact same place. This time, they didn't offer to replace the umbrella, only refund my money which is fine but not ideal since I think he would really love the umbrella if we could get one that wasn't already broken. Also, they told me that I would need to provide a box and take it to UPS. I recycled the box since Kohls doesn't require them for Amazon returns. And now I have to buy a box that an umbrella will fit in so that I can return a defective product. They sent me a broken umbrella TWICE, and now I have to go stand in line at UPS in the middle of a pandemic and buy a box to return their broken item instead of breezing in and out of the place I prefer. I'm super unhappy. Don't waste your money on this item. It will arrive broken and they won't help you when it does. Buyer beware.

I have ordered this Better Brella THREE TIMES. They keep sending an LSU pattern instead of FSU. How can yellow and purple be misconstrued for garnet & gold... not even considering the distinct Seminole symbol. The tag is obviously mislabeled b/c it does say "FSU", however, the umbrella clearly has LSU symbols and colors. After the second mistake I contacted Amazon customer service and the representative assured me that I would receive the correct better brella. Well, I guess the third time is not a charm. Now I have to send it back for a THIRD TIME NCAA Florida State Seminoles Better Brella Wind-Proof Umbrella . I will NOT be ordering again. I am very disappointed, especially considering all the time I spent trying to get the correct one the third time around.

The whole design/colors/style is perfect. I bought it to replace a huge golf umbrella. This one is the perfect size for my car - in between a small personal and a huge golf umbrella. Shipped promptly & safely.!

This is a fun, attractive umbrella. It seems very solid and well made, with a double inner-liner, and a nice looking logo for whatever University they offer here.I bought this for a friend who is a big USC fan, and she loves it. I would buy one again anytime.

Expensive but the best umbrella I’ve had. Easy to get in/out of car with least mess. Worth the price. It is a large umbrella and doesn’t fold up compact. But keeps you dry.

The handle slid off. The wind blew the umbrella up and now is broken and will not work correctly. Made very cheap and not worth. I wish I could get my money back. I'm out of the return date because I lived in the sunshine state and did not need it until the date expired and I had to use it. That's a shame!

This looks great but god forbid you get caught in the rain and a little wind. It completely ripped and me and my newborn was completely soaked .

Got this for my husband for Father's Day. It took a while until it rained to where he needed it but he loves it! it works great and because it has the MSU logo on it made it extra special!!
