These are great for those of us families who are celiac. Great flavour for kids, just the right thickness not to crumble and fall apart before it is bitten into. Good value for money for s’mores making at the campfire or in your oven. A little sweet but not overwhelming. I included a picture to show the size of the graham crackers - each one can be snapped in half.

If you are gluten-free and missing the delight of a campfire treat like a smore, well, look no further! These grahams are delicious! But, as you may already know, since you are looking for gluten-free, you know it comes at a price. That gluten is like the glue that holds cakes, cookies, crackers, and other wonderful foods together and without it, well, things don't usually hold together as well. These crackers won't disappoint. They are only minimally crumbly, but firm. They are meant to hold up to a big marshmallow and a piece of chocolate. Serving size is two crackers, which is basically one smore, so if you are like me, serving sizes are just a "recommendation" while camping. These crackers are more like cookies, in my opinion, and I honestly wish I didn't love them so much. They disappear quickly around here... Give them a try! Kinnikinnick did a great job with these! Yay, Canada!!

Maybe not the best but far from the worst. Bought this because they are an option for kosher s'mores. They are thicker, softer and wider (rather than square, easy to split in half) than their non-kosher competitors but I find they taste good; they taste like molasses cookies, actually! Ideal for s'mores if you're 100% kosher observant, this is a very rare, albeit VERY decent, option. Not sure if I like molasses cookies for s'mores though. If you're not seeking the kosher certification, then you may not appreciate this as much... it's not like the "original deal" but considering the lack of options, this is more than par for the course; likely a birdie, if not an eagle. Compared to others, this has a more rich taste, wished it was graham for originality but kosher honey graham is near impossible to find online. Will buy again for sure, I like this on par with another, popular brand but for the classic graham cookie taste, this is not it.

They are not exactly like traditional graham crackers. But gf usually isn’t. they taste good and you can make delicious gf smores with them.
